Tumescent Liposuction

Tumescent liposuction is a relatively new liposuction method that can reduce postoperative bruising, swelling and pain. Any person that is a good candidate for traditional liposuction is also acceptable for tumescent liposuction. The technique can be used on any part of the body but is most frequently used on areas that call for precision, such as the face, neck, arms, calves and ankles. Ultrasound Assisted Lipoplasty (UAL)

Ultrasound Assisted Lipoplasty (UAL) is a technique of liposuction where the fatty tissue is removed using sound waves that liquefy the fat before it is removed. The ultrasonic energy is targeted to fat cells and creates less damage to other vital tissues such as nerves, blood vessels and muscles. This type of liposuction fosters easier and less painful removal of the fat cells.

Arm Lift

Arm lift is a surgical procedure to remove loose skin and excess fat deposits in the upper arms. Heavy upper arms are usually caused from the increased volume associated with weight gain. To accommodate the increase in volume, your skin stretches. As you lose weight, the skin of your upper arms often fails to tighten, so it sags. The result is loose upper arm skin. Loose arm skin can also be due to old age. After time, skin loses elasticity and gives way to gravity. The only way to improve this problem is to undergo an arm lift, also called brachioplasty. Arm lifts are for loose skin only. If your main problem is heavy arms that are caused by excess fat, then liposuction may be a better option.

Lower Body Lift

The Lower Body Lift is performed to remove excess skin and sometimes also fat from the torso and upper legs (affecting the abdomen, back, buttocks, hips and thighs). Candidates for body lifts typically either cannot lose significant amounts of weight, or already suffer from loose (inelastic) skin on many or most areas of the body as a result of age, childbearing or extreme weight loss due to diet, exercise or bariatric surgery.
